Women on a Mission began as an intentional gathering — a space created for rooted and deeply connected women, devoted yet highly ambitious, seeking each other. What started as a connection and networking conversations in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico quickly evolved into something deeper.
The women didn’t just want connection; they wanted expansion. They wanted to grow personally, spiritually, financially — and to hold a new level of purpose, leadership, and abundance without compromising their integrity.
As the conversations deepened, structure naturally emerged. What began as community became a personal growth platform, and from there, a strategic ecosystem supporting women in building brands, businesses, and movements.
The marketing agency was not the plan — it was the result of women asking for tools, systems, and support to bring their visions into the world. The Collective remains the foundation: a room where spiritual depth and business mastery coexist, and where expansion is both intentional and rooted.
